The Arming of the Knights tapestry
The Arming of the Knights tapestry is from the Quest for the Holy Grail tapestries by Edward Burne-Jones. It was woven by Morris & Co at Merton Abbey and is now at the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery. It hangs in this photo above a late Victorian gothic table.
It is finely woven in France in rayon, acrylic and viscose and is lined, with a rod pocket for easy hanging. The Arming of the Knights tapestry is woven in four sizes. The two largest sizes are non-returnable.
